Order Information

How do I shop at the Secret Shop?

You can shop at the Secret Shop as a registered shopper or a guest. You just have to choose an item and place an order then pay and you're good to go. If you want to keep a track on what items you've bought at the Secret Shop, We suggest you shop as a registered shopper.

How do I find an item?

The fastest way to search for an item is through the "SEARCH" bar at the top right corner. Just key in the product name or brand you're looking for.

You may search for an item via it's Brand. Just click the "Brands" tab and a drop-down menu will appear. You can click the brand that interests you and choose the item you like.

You also may search via Product Category. Just click the "Products" tab  then choose any product category you like and you will be presented with all the products in each respective category.

 

How do I place an order?

Once you have chosen a product, simply click the “Add to Cart” button. Clicking this button will place the item in your shopping cart and take you to your cart or you may shop again. At that point, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have finished adding items to your cart and have made any changes to your product quantity, click the “Update” button for an updated price quote. Click "Checkout" if you're finished shopping and follow the steps in completing the order placement.

Note that you should click the Update button in Checkout page if you changed the quantity of the product(s) you’re purchasing.

 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

Yes. You just have to inform us immediately after placing it.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

Order Status allows you to check on the status of all your recent orders, whether a single order or more extensive history. You will be given a track ID automatically through e-mail.

 

How do I cancel an order?

We process orders immediately after you settled payment and once an order begins the fulfillment process we are unable to modify it.

 

Does the Secret Shop accept international orders?

As of now, the Secret Shop only caters to Philippines local customers. We'll inform you as soon as we have plans of catering to international customers.

 

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

After confirming your payment, we will take up to five (5) business days (not include Sat, Sun, and Public Holiday) to process and schedule for delivery of your order. Please open your e-mail that you have registered on this site for your Order Process notification. From time to time, please open your e-mail or your Secret Shop account for further communications with us regarding your order.

However, for digital product code item such as Steam Wallet, Garena Shell, and Dota 2 in-game Item, we'll send the code at your registered email within 24 hours.

How do I pay for the item i've ordered?

Just scan or take a picture of the bank deposit slip and email to secretshop@mineski.net to confirm your payment.

 

Is my order information secured online?

You can shop with confidence at the Secret Shop. We've utilized advanced technology that encrypts your personal information to help protect it from being decoded by anyone other than the Secret Shop.

 

Shipping and Returns

How quickly will I receive my order?

As soon as we've validated your payment, we'll take up to five (5) business days (not include Sat, Sun, and Public Holiday) to process and deliver your order. Delivery will take another 2-3 business days by XEND or PHILFOX. 

For digital product code item such as Steam Wallet, Garena Shell, and Dota 2 in-game Item, we will deliver the order within 24 hours.

 

How much shipping and handling will I pay?

Shipping and handling fee is FREE. We provide FREE shipping in the Philippines.

Which courier company will be used?
We only used XEND as our courier for shipment of item. We DO NOT accept any other courier company for shipment of item.

 

What if my product arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please email us at secretshop@mineski.net. Please return the damaged product to us for a replacement, if possible.

 

I didn’t receive my shipment. What should I do?

Please contact us at 922-MSKI (6754), 0927 667 3100 (GLOBE) if that unlikely event had happened.

How do I sign up for the Secret Shop email?

Once you create your Secret Shop account, you have the option for newsletter subscription. Click the Newsletter checkbox to subscribe in our newsletter. You will be provided, from time to time, product reviews, special offers, gift discounts and lot more!

 

How do I unsubscribe from the shopping email or other Secret Shop emails?

Log-in in your account then go to E-mail Notifications. Click “Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters”. Then uncheck General Newsletter checkbox to unsubscribe. If you feel you want to subscribe again for Secret Shop newsletter, repeat these steps again but this time check the General Newsletter checkbox.
